RETURN POLICY
Thank you for choosing Reggie’s Bike Shop. If for any reason the Reggie’s Bike Shop product that you purchased isn’t right, we will gladly accept returns for exchange or a refund within 30 days of the original purchase date. Your product must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt from our online store; www.reggiesbmx.com
STEPS TO RETURN YOUR UNUSED REGGIES BIKE SHOP PRODUCT
Contact us to initiate your refund or exchange. Do not return the product without prior authorization. Please email us at orders@reggiesbikes.com include your order number in email.
All returned items will be refunded the full purchase price (minus shipping) once returned to Reggie’s Bike Shop and inspected. Returned items can also be exchanged for store credit. Shipping costs are non-refundable. In the event that your order was placed with free shipping, your return may be subject to part or all of the shipping charges incurred by us.
All returns must be completed within 30 days of purchase. This does not mean 30 days after you opened your order. Sorry, we do not offer refunds or exchanges beyond 30 days after purchase.
Your Reggie’s Bike Shop product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We cannot issue you a refund or exchange if your return is missing parts or packaging. Clothing must not have been washed or worn.

Please write "Attn: Returns" on the box or label. We highly recommend that you choose a trackable shipping service for your return.
You are responsible for your own shipping costs for returning your item to Reggie’s Bike Shop. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping on the original order will be deducted from your refund. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
DAMAGES AND OTHER ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Certain types of items cannot be returned, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), complete bikes, custom wheels and DVDs. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
EUROPEAN UNION 14 DAY COOLING OFF PERIOD
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

El conjunto de brazo tensor Vision BMX Supercross es el reemplazo directo de fábrica para los cuadros de carreras Vision F1 y Vision RSX BMX. Es un conjunto completo que incluye: un brazo tensor 7075, guía de cadena de Delrin, tuerca de tope de aleación, perno Allen y arandela.
Cuatro estilos disponibles -
OE (equipo original ): brazo de aluminio 7075 de repuesto con guía de Delrin. Esta es la guía más liviana y eficiente para su marco Vision.
OE - Equipo original BRAZO LARGO - Brazo de aluminio 7075 de repuesto de serie con guía de Delrin. Esta es la guía más liviana y eficiente para su cuadro Vision. Este brazo es 1" más largo que el tensor de serie que viene con el cuadro. Race de Full Tilt Bikes solicitó específicamente esta modificación, ya que dijo que le facilita tener una gama más amplia de ajustes de marcha al realizar las configuraciones.
Alt. - La alternativa - Usted lo ha pedido, por eso se lo ofrecemos, la guía con rueda. La hemos probado y hemos comprobado que no es tan eficiente y que su instalación es más complicada, pero si quiere probarla o cree que quiere una rueda, la tenemos para usted. Tenga mucho cuidado al instalar su guía con rueda para garantizar una línea de cadena adecuada. Hemos comprobado que la cadena saltará si no la ha instalado correctamente y esto provocará que se salga.
La edición Team : la edición Team es más pesada, ya que es una polea tensora accionada por resorte, pero ahora nunca tendrá que preocuparse por reajustar la tuerca de tensión trasera en la guía original para los cambios de marcha o para quitar una rueda, solo empuje la polea tensora hacia arriba y tendrá holgura, baje la polea tensora accionada por resorte y tendrá una tensión perfecta, en todo momento. También ayuda con los puntos flojos ajustados de los platos de cadena deformados. Esta es la actualización definitiva de la polea tensora.
Alt/T : el sistema de rueda libre Alt/T toma la edición Team y le agrega la rueda. Nuevamente, no recomendamos el sistema de rueda, el sistema Guide es mucho más eficiente, pero si desea tener uno disponible, lo encontrará aquí. Tenga cuidado con la línea de la cadena. Es muy delicada cuando se utiliza un sistema con ruedas.
