RETURN POLICY
Thank you for choosing Reggie’s Bike Shop. If for any reason the Reggie’s Bike Shop product that you purchased isn’t right, we will gladly accept returns for exchange or a refund within 30 days of the original purchase date. Your product must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt from our online store; www.reggiesbmx.com
STEPS TO RETURN YOUR UNUSED REGGIES BIKE SHOP PRODUCT
Contact us to initiate your refund or exchange. Do not return the product without prior authorization. Please email us at orders@reggiesbikes.com include your order number in email.
All returned items will be refunded the full purchase price (minus shipping) once returned to Reggie’s Bike Shop and inspected. Returned items can also be exchanged for store credit. Shipping costs are non-refundable. In the event that your order was placed with free shipping, your return may be subject to part or all of the shipping charges incurred by us.
All returns must be completed within 30 days of purchase. This does not mean 30 days after you opened your order. Sorry, we do not offer refunds or exchanges beyond 30 days after purchase.
Your Reggie’s Bike Shop product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We cannot issue you a refund or exchange if your return is missing parts or packaging. Clothing must not have been washed or worn.

Please write "Attn: Returns" on the box or label. We highly recommend that you choose a trackable shipping service for your return.
You are responsible for your own shipping costs for returning your item to Reggie’s Bike Shop. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping on the original order will be deducted from your refund. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
DAMAGES AND OTHER ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Certain types of items cannot be returned, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), complete bikes, custom wheels and DVDs. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
EUROPEAN UNION 14 DAY COOLING OFF PERIOD
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Al igual que con todas las piezas que fabricamos internamente, no queríamos crear un producto similar. Esta misma filosofía es la que nos ayudó a producir nuestra propia cubierta Blue Streak BMX.
Nos propusimos diseñar los neumáticos Supercross Blue Streak porque pensamos que existía la necesidad de un neumático de competición de calidad que se adaptara a varias pistas. Afortunadamente, las condiciones de las pistas actuales se ajustan perfectamente a las necesidades de los senderos, los parques e incluso la calle. Por ello, los neumáticos Blue Streak han demostrado ser una gran opción para todo tipo de terrenos a pesar de estar diseñados para competición.
Queríamos un neumático ligero, por lo que esto nos llevó a considerar varias opciones de carcasa. Finalmente, nos decidimos por una carcasa con un número elevado de hilos, lo que hace que el Blue Streak sea más ligero y resistente que la mayoría.
También agregamos una banda de rodadura de perfil bajo para mantener altas las velocidades y reducir la resistencia a la rodadura. Como las pistas de hoy están tan bien preparadas y mantenidas, no era necesario un dibujo de banda de rodadura profundo. Estos neumáticos cuentan con un perfil completamente redondo para que puedan tomar curvas en cualquier ángulo y mantener el agarre.
También pensamos en la presión y probamos los Blue Streaks hasta 120 psi en la parte trasera y 100 en la delantera. La presión nominal oficial en los flancos es de 85 psi en la parte trasera y 60 psi en la delantera.

Estos neumáticos también cuentan con un talón plegable de Kevlar® para ahorrar aún más peso. El talón de Kevlar nos permite utilizar el mismo patrón de banda de rodadura de perfil bajo, compuesto de caucho y clasificación de alta presión para llevar realmente la tecnología de los neumáticos BMX al siguiente nivel.
