RETURN POLICY
Thank you for choosing Reggie’s Bike Shop. If for any reason the Reggie’s Bike Shop product that you purchased isn’t right, we will gladly accept returns for exchange or a refund within 30 days of the original purchase date. Your product must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt from our online store; www.reggiesbmx.com
STEPS TO RETURN YOUR UNUSED REGGIES BIKE SHOP PRODUCT
Contact us to initiate your refund or exchange. Do not return the product without prior authorization. Please email us at orders@reggiesbikes.com include your order number in email.
All returned items will be refunded the full purchase price (minus shipping) once returned to Reggie’s Bike Shop and inspected. Returned items can also be exchanged for store credit. Shipping costs are non-refundable. In the event that your order was placed with free shipping, your return may be subject to part or all of the shipping charges incurred by us.
All returns must be completed within 30 days of purchase. This does not mean 30 days after you opened your order. Sorry, we do not offer refunds or exchanges beyond 30 days after purchase.
Your Reggie’s Bike Shop product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We cannot issue you a refund or exchange if your return is missing parts or packaging. Clothing must not have been washed or worn.

Please write "Attn: Returns" on the box or label. We highly recommend that you choose a trackable shipping service for your return.
You are responsible for your own shipping costs for returning your item to Reggie’s Bike Shop. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping on the original order will be deducted from your refund. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
DAMAGES AND OTHER ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Certain types of items cannot be returned, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), complete bikes, custom wheels and DVDs. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
EUROPEAN UNION 14 DAY COOLING OFF PERIOD
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at orders@reggiesbikes.com.

The Supercross BMX Vision Idler Arm assembly is the direct Factory replacement for the Vision F1 and Vision RSX BMX Race Frames. It's a complete Assembly featuring: a 7075 Idler Arm, Delrin Chain Guide, alloy stop nut, Allen bolt, and washer.
Four Styles Available -
O.E. - Original Equipment - the Stock Replacement 7075 Aluminum Arm w/ Delrin Guide . This is the Lightest and Most Efficient Guide for your Vision Frame.
O.E. - Original Equipment LONG ARM - the Stock Replacement 7075 Aluminum Arm w/ Delrin Guide . This is the Lightest and Most Efficient Guide for your Vision Frame. This arm is 1" longer than the Stock Idler that comes with the frame , Race from Full Tilt Bikes specifically asked for this modification as he said it makes it easier for him to have a wider range of gear adjustments when doing the set ups.
Alt. - The Alternative - You have asked for it, so we are offering it to you, the Guide with a Wheel - We have tested it and found it not to be as efficient, and it is a more complicated set up, but if you want to try it, or think you want a wheel, we have it for you. Please be extra careful when setting up your guide with a wheel to ensure proper chain line. We have found that the chain will jump if you don't have it set up properly and it will cause the chain to come off.
The Team Edition - The Team Edition is heavier as it is a spring loaded idler, but now you never have to worry about re adjusting the back tension nut on the original guide for gear changes or removing a wheel, just push the idler up and you have slack, let the spring loaded idler down and you have perfect tension, every time. It also helps with any tight loose spots for out of round chain rings. This is the Ultimate idler upgrade.
Alt /T - The Alt /T Idler takes the Team Edition and ads the wheel. Again, we don't recommend the wheel system, the Guide is much more efficient, but if you want to have one that is available to you, it is here. Please be careful with your chainline. It is very finicky when running a wheeled system.
